Lola is our foundation breeding female and a fabulous dog. She was raised on a farm and is everything we could want in a Berner and more! She is very easy to train, and eager to please. She loves children and adults and has a special enthusiastic greeting for people in her “inner circle. She is friendly to other dogs and considers all dogs potential playmates.

​

She is 25” tall at the shoulders (withers) and weighs 75 pounds (about average for a female Berner).  She has a beautiful shiny, sleek coat, without the heavy or curly undercoat you see in some Berners. This makes her especially easy to groom, reduces the shedding, and is a blessing for competing in dog sports, especially in the South. She is an “easy keeper” and even keeps her own nails trimmed!

Lola is very athletic, flexible, and driven. She is incredibly talented and accomplished in the sport of dog agility. She has just started her career in the AKC sport of FAST-CAT (100-mile dash for dogs) and is proving to be one of the fastest dogs of her breed in that sport as well. She obtained her AKC Temperament Test title, Herding Instinct Certificate, Novice Trick Dog and Farm Dog titles all in one weekend!  When not doing dog sports or out and about with us, she enjoys being a couch potato and lap dog.
